Poetry

Like the sun in the summer
while the flowers spreading scent
carried in the arms of a midday breeze
to the shores of a lonely coast.
Like a scream in the deep dark nights
Drowned in the walls of a city
Where dreams crush and people fight
Where death guides us to the clouds.

Peace and war, death and life
A dream, hand in hand
With the nightmare of tomorrow.
The ticking of a clock
The songs of a bird
Hidden inside a wooden shelve
A secret to one, a gift for some.

Playing the Keys

It must be precise,
You can't be off an inch,
You must stay focused,
For a good performance.

If you should slip one moment,
Because you had to sneeze,
It's a fault and you're done,
But keep playing the keys.

But please stay relaxed,
Do not feel pressured,
Or you will mess up,
This is assured.

It takes a great skill,
Playing the keys,
But with patience and will,
It can be done with ease.
